Effective Date: August 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bookedcue.com and the products and services provided by Blue Shield Family Ventures, LLC, doing business as BookedCue (“BookedCue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using BookedCue services, you agree to these Terms.
BookedCue provides software, business-process, communication, automation, customer-management, and related services designed to assist businesses with managing inquiries, customers, appointments, follow-up, communications, and other operational activities.
Specific features available to you depend on the product, subscription, package, or add-ons you purchase.
BookedCue may modify, add, remove, or improve features from time to time.
You must have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization purchasing BookedCue.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account and onboarding information
Maintaining the security of your login credentials
Controlling access granted to your employees, contractors, and users
Using BookedCue in accordance with applicable law
Obtaining any customer permissions or consents required for your own business communications
Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of your own workflows, templates, offers, communications, products, services, and business information
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use BookedCue services or to opt in to SMS communications. By using BookedCue services or opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
BookedCue provides tools that may help automate business processes, but the customer remains responsible for the lawful operation of their business.
BookedCue subscriptions are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase:
Any applicable setup or onboarding fee is charged as described during checkout.
Recurring subscription charges begin according to the activation and billing terms presented with the applicable offer.
Customers agree to any minimum subscription commitment disclosed and accepted during checkout.
After any required minimum commitment, subscriptions continue according to the cancellation terms applicable to the purchased plan.
For BookedCue plans sold with a three-month minimum commitment, the customer agrees to remain financially responsible for the required subscription payments during that minimum period.
Failure to complete onboarding information does not automatically cancel an order or eliminate payment obligations that were accepted at checkout.
By providing a payment method, you authorize BookedCue and its payment processor to charge applicable setup fees, subscription charges, add-ons, taxes, usage charges, and other amounts you have authorized.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If payment cannot be processed, BookedCue may suspend or restrict services until the account is brought current.
Cancellation rights and procedures are governed by the plan and commitment terms accepted during purchase.
A cancellation request does not retroactively refund fees already earned or charges incurred before the effective cancellation date unless required by law or expressly agreed by BookedCue.
Where a minimum commitment applies, cancellation does not eliminate amounts due for the remainder of that commitment unless BookedCue agrees otherwise in writing.
Some BookedCue products require information from the customer before setup can be completed.
Customers agree to provide requested onboarding information accurately and within a reasonable period.
Configuration timelines may depend on:
Customer responsiveness
Required third-party approvals
Domain, email, or phone configuration
Telecommunications registration
Payment integrations
Customer-provided content
External platform availability
BookedCue is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete customer information, carrier review, third-party platforms, regulatory approval, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some BookedCue plans may include or support telephone, SMS, or messaging functionality.
Availability may require:
An eligible telephone number
Telecommunications-provider approval
Business identity verification
A2P 10DLC or other carrier registration
Customer consent mechanisms
Compliance with carrier and platform policies
Approval and delivery are controlled in part by telecommunications carriers and third-party providers. BookedCue cannot guarantee approval of any messaging campaign, delivery of every message, or uninterrupted telephone service.
Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive non-marketing customer-care text messages from Blue Shield Family Ventures, LLC DBA BookedCue.
Messages may concern:
Account setup

Account administration
Customer support
Responses to inquiries
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing or using BookedCue.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact BookedCue at [email protected].
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent to that number unless you subsequently provide new consent or otherwise initiate a messaging relationship permitted by applicable law.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our handling of mobile information and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy:

Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, telecommunications interruptions, internet failures, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
BookedCue provides software and operational tools. We do not guarantee that use of BookedCue will produce a specific number of leads, appointments, bookings, sales, customers, revenue, or other business result.
Results depend on numerous factors outside BookedCue's control, including the customer's services, pricing, marketing, responsiveness, reputation, market conditions, and execution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookedCue services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Shield Family Ventures, LLC and BookedCue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from or related to use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, BookedCue's aggregate liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to BookedCue during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Shield Family Ventures, LLC, BookedCue, and their owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of BookedCue, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or communications sent through your account.
BookedCue may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
Nonpayment
Security concerns
Fraud or suspected fraud
Abuse
Violation of these Terms
Violation of third-party platform or carrier requirements
Activity that creates material legal or operational risk
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kentucky unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process.
